Publishing errors If a publish doesn't go through, it's almost always one of these.
"Finish setup first"
Publishing needs your eBay account connected, business policies created, and a shipping origin set. If any is missing you'll be sent to finish setup. The one-click setup on the API credentials page does all of it — see the eBay setup guide.
"Out of credits" or "plan limit reached"
The free plan is scan-only (no publishing); paid plans include a monthly publish allowance. Upgrade from the prompt or the Plans page — details in plans & billing.
"Reconnect eBay" / session expired
eBay access tokens expire, and can be invalidated if API keys change. If you see
invalid_grant or a refresh failure, just disconnect and reconnect
eBay on the API credentials page — it takes a few
seconds and re-mints a fresh token.
eBay condition error (trading cards)
eBay's trading-card category needs the "trading card condition" flow enabled on your seller account. If listings reject with a condition-validation error, that's a per-account eBay setting — contact eBay seller support to switch it on. It isn't something the app can change.
Published to one place but not another
If a card targets several marketplaces, each publishes independently — it can go live on eBay but fail on Shopify. Check the per-marketplace status on the card; it's safe to retry just the one that failed.
