Data Requests

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. Most requests are self-serve from inside your account; for anything else, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

1. Access & export

Download a full, machine-readable JSON export of your account data — listings, identifications, prices, and settings — from Settings → Download my data (sign in first).

2. Correction

Edit listings and account details directly in the app. For corrections you can't make yourself, email the address below and describe the change.

3. Deletion / account closure

Delete your account immediately from Settings → Danger Zone (sign in first). This erases your account data, card scans, and connected-marketplace tokens. Financial records (sales, subscription history) are pseudonymized and retained where required by tax law — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.

4. Connected marketplaces

Disconnecting eBay (or another marketplace) in your settings revokes the stored tokens for that integration. If you close your eBay account, eBay notifies us and we delete the linked tokens automatically.

5. Submit a request

Can't use the self-serve options, or want to make a formal access / correction / deletion request? Email chongor.goncz@gmail.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We don't charge for reasonable requests.
